I have been asked through SMS from VKK-NICMS on 15.10.2015 to pay an amount of Rs. 1315/- for 9 Traffic violations in Hyderabad for Vehicle No. AP28TD2474. I DO NOT HAVE ANY VEHICLE OF THIS NUMBER ANY WHERE IN ANDHRA PRADESH or TELANGANA STATE. I AM RESIDENT OF ADILABAD TOWN, AND I Did NOT TRAVEL IN ANY SUCH VEHICLES ON THOSE DAYS. IT is surprising, how I have been asked to pay the amount for traffic violations when I do not have such vehicle. Will the Authorities clarify, please.
